Returns Policy

If something is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within three working days of receipt. You must inform Miniature Mountains within 14 days of the date of your purchase before sending back any returns or it will not be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Upon receipt of all returns, a thorough inspection will be conducted, including testing of said returned item(s) to ascertain the potential validity of all return claims.

In all circumstances the seller will attempt to resolve any customer issue with either replacement of product, full refund or a mutually agreed resolve.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Tracked mail is the preferred returns option as Miniature Mountains cannot be held responsible for any lost return items.
